3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Payment Method
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Orders with incomplete information may be cancelled without notice.

5. Order Processing & Delivery
In-Stock Products: Delivered within 3–5 working days
Pre-Order Products: Delivered within 7–10 working days
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The wrong item was delivered
The item was damaged upon arrival (must be supported by unboxing video)
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns on worn clothing or intimate items due to hygiene reasons.

Delays caused by courier services
Parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Any damages reported after confirmed delivery

Pre-order items are clearly marked and may take 7–10 working days to arrive. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait for the delivery timeframe mentioned.
